Christina Vogel Announces First Wave of General Election Endorsements
Labor unions, Law Enforcement, County Council majority, and prominent local leaders back Vogel for Erie County Executive
ERIE, PA — Today, Democratic nominee for Erie County Executive Christina Vogel announced a powerful coalition of endorsements heading into the general election. The first wave includes major labor unions, current and former county officials, and members of the state legislature, underscoring broad-based support for Vogel’s campaign to bring common-sense, people-first leadership to Erie County.
"I'm honored to have the backing of the men and women who work every day to strengthen our communities — from labor leaders and educators to the public officials who know what it takes to govern effectively,” said Vogel. “Together, we’re building a movement rooted in fiscal responsibility, transparency, and a commitment to delivering results for the people of Erie County.”
Vogel’s labor endorsements include:
Pennsylvania State Education Association - Political Action Committee for Education (PSEA-PACE)
Pennsylvania Laborers' District Council
Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters
International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 397
National Association of Broadcast Employees & Technicians (NABET-CWA) Local Union No. 58028
These labor unions represent thousands of working families in Erie County and across the Commonwealth, and their support reflects Vogel’s commitment to fair wages, safe working conditions, and economic opportunity for all.
In addition, Vogel is proudly endorsed by current and former elected leaders across all levels of government, including:
Former Erie County Executives Kathy Dahlkemper and Judy Lynch
Erie County Sheriff Chris Campanelli
County Councilmembers Terry Scutella, Andre Horton, Rock Copeland, and Chris Drexel
State Representatives Ryan Bizzarro and Pat Harkins
Vogel’s campaign has also earned the support of numerous municipal elected officials, community leaders, and political organizations throughout the region.
Erie County is coming together — unions, community leaders, and elected officials — to unite behind Christina Vogel and put an end to Brenton Davis’s chaos and division.
